Latona Photo is partnering up..

I got a professional photography job!!! I am going to be operating out of a business front on Main St in Ellsworth with the company Image Gazer Productions!! I'll specifically be doing Pet Photography and also helping out the owner with some weddings if she needs it!

I am so excited... The picture of Harley and Dunken: [link] is being printed off 16 x 24 on masonite and will be put in the main window! I am soooooo happy.. finally all my hard work is paying off!

I went to school for Marine Biology. Specifically for Mariculture (Aquaculture of marine organisms). I did get a minor in visual art. I am currently working full time for the Dept. of Marine Resources doing red tide monitoring and I'm working with Image Gazer Productions doing pet photography. I am a volunteer firefighter in the town that I live in (born & raised). I also take pictures for non-profit organizations (including the Downeast Salmon Federation & Lamoine Vol. Fire Dept) and for close friends too :)

:) :) I'm pretty excited too about the new account! I have 2 wedding booked for this year and 2 big events (one is the Fireman's ball that my dept. organized) and another is for the University of Maine in Machias.. they're putting on a GIS (Global Information System) Poster competition that I'll be photographing for their grant documentation (they got a $175,000 grant).. oh and a baby shower at the end of this month!
